Ambience, with luxury and coziness in a wonderful location. In addition to our existing guest house "Seehaus", with indoor pool and sauna, we have built a handmade log cabin. On a floor area of 12 m x 9 m, the interior offers approx. 170 m² of living space. Outside, there is a large covered veranda with a banquirai wooden floor on one side and a large carport on the other side of the house. On the first floor of the house there is a living room with sofa area, dining area, kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, a bedroom and a large bathroom. Even when the house is full, you won't feel cramped thanks to the spacious layout. The upper floor consists of four bedrooms and a bathroom, so there is room for a total of 10 - 12 people. The rooms are furnished with rustic round log beds in keeping with the style. A bathroom with extra space and facilities is located on the first floor. When you enter the bathroom, you will be amazed when you see the 1.4-ton granite bathtub. It literally invites you to take a relaxing bath. The washbasins are made of the same material to match. A large, brick-built shower cubicle rounds off the wet area. The round logs were deliberately left visible. In combination with the quarry stone walls and the lighting, this creates a calming atmosphere. The bathroom on the upper floor has a similar design and is equipped with a steam shower cubicle. The entire first floor area is also ideal for wheelchair users - no steps, wide doors and accessible shower cubicle.

The cosy holiday flat, only a few meters away from the Förchensee, belongs to the Seehaus am Förchensee near Ruhpolding, a well-known winter sports area in the Chiemgau Alps. It is therefore ideal for relaxing hiking or skiing holidays in the middle of a fantastic mountain scenery. The 90 m² apartment in traditional country house style consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. Therefore the apartment offers space for 5 persons. The child-friendly apartment also has WLAN, and a television. A baby bed, a high chair and a washing machine are available for the guests of the house. In the house there is a log cabin sauna and a pool, ideal for relaxing after an exciting day in the great outdoors. Guests can make use of the sauna for an additional fee. Only a short walk from the house is the Förchensee, surrounded by a wonderful mountain panorama. The centre of Ruhpolding is only 10 minutes by car (8,2 km) where you will find shops, bakeries, cafés, restaurants and even a golf course. The leisure park Ruhpolding is 15 minutes (10,8 km) by car from the apartment. The nearest ski lifts are 10 minutes by car (5,6 km) away, as well as many hiking trails. Lake Chiemsee is 30 minutes (31 km) by car north of the apartment, while Salzburg, Mozart's home town, can be reached in 50 minutes (55 km) by car across the Austrian border. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
